The Managing DVM is responsible for providing medical and non-medical leadership for the practice, managing associate veterinarians, and ensuring regulatory compliance relating to veterinary medicine. The Managing DVM is also responsible for creating an environment of teamwork and collaboration in which quality medicine is delivered. Additional responsibilities include guiding the direction of the practice, advancing medical care, and monitoring the practice's financial performance.

This position comes with a great multi-site opportunity at our sister location, Wild River Veterinary Clinic, in Pine City, Minnesota. Just over the border, our second location provides additional opportunities to our clients, helping our cohesive team achieve even more lifelong relationships within our community.

Our technical staff is highly utilized, ensuring that their doctors always have an extra hand and can manage their time as needed. We foster a supportive team environment, with caseloads that are optimal for a doctor who likes to keep a steady agenda with a balance of medical and surgical cases.
