Who we are: 

Bethany Animal Hospital is a family-owned, private practice located in northern Illinois that has provided superior care to companion animals since 1959, resulting in a loyal clientele base and an exceptional reputation within our community. Our hospital sees a wide variety of pets including cats, dogs, pocket pets and even our reptile and avian friends. Love, trust and respect is the foundation we’ve built our hospital on, and our experienced and knowledgeable team work together to show that to our clients and staff alike every day. 

At BAH, we provide full-service, gold-standard care to our patients using industry-leading technology and diagnostic tools including orthopedic surgical equipment, digital radiographs, ultrasound, endoscopy, laser therapy and surgery, a full rehab room with underwater treadmill and more! We schedule 30-40 minute appointment windows to allow for communication and connection with our clients and their pets. Due to our knowledgeable and experienced team, we are able to provide advanced surgical procedures including orthopedic, gastrointestinal, ophthalmic and soft tissue surgery. Our close working relationships with ER clinics in the area for after-hours cases and regional Specialty Hospitals for complicated cases ensure that your patients will receive the care they need and provide you with the peace of mind you are seeking. All of this, paired with a flexible schedule and a phenomenal culture that instills a collaborative and supportive environment, allows us to provide the highest quality care for our patients.
