Our Urgent Care centers bridge the gap between general practice and emergency. Our 2-doctor practices offer care for common urgent cases, including wound management, ear infections, vomiting/diarrhea, and euthanasia. Our urgent care centers are specially designed to deliver efficient care and are furnished with advanced equipment and technologies.
We are in search of a Medical Director to help lead and grow Urgent Care by Ethos our newest urgent care center, based in Nashua, New Hampshire!
The Role:
The Urgent Care Medical Director will be responsible for overseeing the start of medical operations within the urgent care center, serve as a mentor to staff, lead the advancement of high-quality patient care and client service, and have direct client and patient interaction.
The Medical Director will work in collaboration with the Urgent Care Center Manager to maintain and build our relationships with the referring community.
The Medical Director will also partner with other Ethos urgent care centers to develop and implement best practices for patient and client care.
The Urgent Care Medical Director will work 75% clinical shifts and 25% administrative shifts.
The Candidate:
We are seeking individuals who are technically advanced in their field and poses strong emotional intelligence; those that are self-aware, have positive attitudes, authenticity empathy toward others.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of veterinary practice, proven leadership abilities, strong mentoring and team building skills, excellent communication with colleagues and the referring community, and possess a foundation of business skills to work alongside the Urgent Care Clinic Manager to support the growing success of the center.
