Meadowridge Veterinary Hospital, a privately owned companion animal practice, is looking for a part-time veterinarian. We are located in the N. Lansing area of the Finger Lakes region, approximately 15 minutes from Cornell University and downtown Ithaca, in a beautiful country setting. Our practice focuses on preventative care, client education, and individualized treatment plans, as well as low stress visits for patients and their people. We are an AAFP Cat Friendly certified practice, offer complimentary new puppy and kitten social skills sessions, and have several staff members with strong interests in training and behavior. 

Appointments are scheduled to facilitate optimal time for excellent patient care and the doctors’ working styles, with most being 30 to 40 minutes long.There are no after hour emergency responsibilities. We are currently curbside, mask inside the facility, and strongly encourage staff vaccination.

We have a great staff, several of whom are  past  their 15th anniversaries with the practice. We also have great clients (really!) who care about their companions, and are willing to to do preventative care as well as diagnostic testing. Digital radiography (regular and dental), external and in house laboratory equipment, and therapeutic laser are available. We would also be pleased to add acupuncture services, if you have training in that modality.
