Job Description
The Fix Machine Animal Health Clinic is a rapidly growing and popular 3 DVM practice led by Dr. Kelly Reagan. We offer comprehensive veterinary health care services such as wellness exams, radiography, dentistry, soft-tissue and advanced orthopedic surgeries (TPLO, bone pinning, and bone plating). Our goal is to provide the community with affordable access to quality veterinary care. Our reputation in the area for emphasizing preventative health care and for finding solutions to chronic health issues is simply outstanding. To complement our doctors, we have an experienced support staff, a strong leadership team, and a beautiful state of the art facility. Qualifications
3+ yeas' experience in a veterinary management/leadership role required
Prior Veterinary Hospital Management experience or CVPM preferred
Have empathy and respect towards pets, clients, and colleagues
Be capable of recruiting, onboarding, and training veterinary staff
Be familiar with OSHA and DEA requirements
Be able to review, analyze and strategically plan from findings in financial reports, budgets, and Profit & Loss statements
Have experience in team building, conducting performance reviews, addressing staff concerns, and know when to escalate issues for additional support
Have excellent interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills
Possess and demonstrate a positive attitude, serving as the example for the team
Have strong attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
Maintain a constructive and harmonious relationship with co-workers, clients, and vendors.
