Colorado On-Site Veterinary Services is looking to hire a full-time mixed or small animal Veterinarian. A full-time position is preferred though a part-time position will be considered. Currently, we are a practice that offers full-service mobile veterinary care throughout the Vail Valley and are expanding into a new building in Eagle, Colorado. The perfect candidate will be oriented to client satisfaction and relationships, not client transaction. You will never be expected to complete a 15-minute appointment in our practice.
The Vail Valley offers a small town feel but provides numerous opportunities for growth. We are a family-oriented practice with a team of Certified Veterinary Technicians. Equipped with state-of-the-art equipment such as digital x-ray, ultrasound and a full in-house laboratory, we strive for the gold-standard of patient care along with stress-free handling. We strive to promote and facilitate a great work-life balance for our employees. Our work week includes four-day work weeks with hours from 8:00 am – 5:30 pm and compensated on-call shifts.
Salary is dependent on experience but includes a base rate plus a pro-salary compensation model. We are a growing practice in the Colorado mountains. Our current model is an ambulatory practice with a 1:3 DVM to CVT ratio. We are expanding into a location for small animal and exotic animal medical and surgical services. Our ambulatory practice sees all animals and the days are always different with amazing mountain backdrops.
