Seeking Full Time Associate- Extensive Mentoring for New or Recent Graduates

Healthy Paws Veterinary Clinic in Sheboygan Falls, WI is a growing, small animal exclusive practice seeking either a new/recent graduate veterinarian or an experienced veterinarian who enjoys collaboration. Our clinic is focused on practicing progressive medicine while providing a positive client experience.

The ideal candidate should be interested in working as a team in our 6-doctor practice while providing compassionate patient care and client service. Our doctors enjoy collaborating on cases and utilizing each other's strengths and areas of interest to their full potential. We are looking forward to providing mentorship for a new or recent graduate during the transition into general practice. Additionally, we would support 4th year externship opportunities to help prospective applicants determine if we would be a good fit for them. As a clinic we are fortunate to have a heavy case-load and offer a wide range of services including ultrasound and orthopedic surgery. Our clients are often interested in pursuing advanced diagnostics to allow complete follow-through on cases.

Healthy Paws currently offers in-house lab equipment, digital radiology, ultrasound, cold laser therapy, digital dental radiographs with high-speed dental equipment, and a modern surgical suite. Interest in additional services such as exotic medicine, acupuncture, or chiropractic care would be fully supported. We utilize CVT’s on our staff to their full potential, and use digital records to streamline our patient visits. 

We strive to provide a positive work- life balance while maintaining flexible scheduling with a 4-day work week. This allows ample time to enjoy what Sheboygan County has to offer including the elite golf courses in Kohler, hiking in the Kettle Moraine State Forest, or even relaxing on the beaches of Lake Michigan. We are a privately-owned, family-centered practice with no on-call, overnight, or Sunday responsibilities.
