We have an immediate position for a full-time Veterinarian at our two doctor, modern, well- equipped, full-service hospital in Jacksonville, NC. Our support staff is excellent and friendly and allows our vets to focus on our patients and provide our clients with the un-rushed care that they deserve. We have two and sometimes three vet assistants per veterinarian, so the work flow is smooth and gentle. Professional development is encouraged, and to us, mentoring recent graduates is a pleasure, not a task. One of our docs did a three year residency in clinical pathology and he is more than happy to help you with hematology, blood chems, urinalysis and cytology. The other doc is a proficient surgeon.
We strongly believe that every member of our team deserves a quality life outside of work. As such, we are not open on the weekends and after hour emergencies are handled by an emergency clinic located within the same professional office park as our hospital.

We encourage all candidates from different backgrounds and experience levels to apply. We do not discriminate for any reason. Veterinarians in recovery are no exception.
