The Center for Animal Referral and Emergency Services (CARES) is seeking a dentist and oral surgeon to join our team and help provide more great days to more patients in our area!

We are a well-established emergency & specialty hospital focused on supporting the human-animal bond for Philadelphia area pets and their families.  Located in beautiful Bucks County, Pennsylvania we have a committed, friendly and fun groups of specialists, many of whom have been with the practice for over 5 to 10 years.  We are committed to maintaining a small, close-knit feel while providing a wide range of specialty services to our clients.  We put pets first and work closely and collaboratively to achieve this goal.

We currently have a full in-house laboratory, digital radiology, digital dental radiology, ultrasound, 16 slice CT, on-site MRI, endoscopy, and laparoscopy.  Our skilled support staff includes many Certified Veterinary Technicians (CVTs) and specialty certified CVTs, including one full-time and one part-time VTS in anesthesia, allowing us to employ advanced patient monitoring.  Whole hospital patient rounds are held daily in order to foster our collaborative approach.  The dentistry service has a procedure room fully equipped to service a referral-level dentistry and oral surgery service.   The operatory is equipped with a Midmark VetPro 5000 wettable with an integrated delivery unit, a Midmark Progeny digital dental X-ray generator with a compatible Schick CR X-ray sensor and software, a surgical Piezotome Solo, LightSpeed Endodontics, and much more.

Our specialty services consist of internal medicine, surgery, emergency & critical care, anesthesiology, neurology, radiology, ophthalmology, oncology, and cardiology.  An IDEXX reference laboratory with a full-time clinical pathologist is also located within our building.  Our 24/7 Emergency Service ensures cohesive patient care at all times.  We have a large referral base and committed clientele that allows for an interesting variety of cases.

CARES is located in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, just north of Philadelphia, south of New York City, and a short drive from the Jersey shore.  The area offers easy access to the Philadelphia and New York Metro regions, with many of our doctors living in vibrant center city Philadelphia.  Bucks County also offers hundred-year-old farmhouses and horse farms with endless outdoor activities, so there really is something for everyone in the area.  Opportunities for shopping, fine dining, and participation in cultural activities are plentiful.
