Noll Veterinary Hospital is looking for a motivated and dedicated doctor who can help us continue the expansion of our practice. We are located in Springfield, Ohio, and the practice is primarily focused on companion animals. Dr. Noll does a bit of farm veterinary work, but it is not a requirement for this position. While experience is a plus, a new graduate willing to work and learn will be considered. The position encompasses all the aspects of private practice, including office visits, diagnosis, treatment and surgery. It is a full time position with a 5 day work week. We are excited that our hospital's growth allows the addition of another practitioner who can help us continue expansion of our services. For the right person, we will offer a signing bonus and reimbursement of relocation costs.
A DVM degree or equivalent is required. Good communication skills are a must. While I know a new graduate will need time to develop their surgical skills and diagnostic acumen, progress in that regard is expected. I will wait until the Spring for a new grad, but I have need now now if an experienced veterinarian takes the position. There is no requirement for the new doctor in regards to farm animal practice, but the opportunity is there if there is an interest.
Additional Salary Information: We offer our associates health and malpractice insurance, a simple IRA program, and paid CE and vacation. Salary will be reevaluated at 6 and 12 months post-hiring
A signing bonus and relocation allowance will also be offered
Internal Number: 02
About Noll Veterinary Hospital
Noll Veterinary Hospital, Inc. has served the Springfield area and surrounding counties animal care needs since I established it in 1982. The practice has grown steadily since then, especially over the last 5 years. It is located midway between Columbus and Dayton along I-70. The practice mix is 92% companion animal with a sprinkling of avian and exotic patients, and 8% food animal and equine cases. We have an in-house lab, digital x-ray, ultrasound machine, cold therapy laser and mobile veterinary unit at our hospital. The staff includes 1 full time and 1 part time veterinarian, 2 veterinary technicians and an experienced support staff. With our increase in clients and services, we are expanding the size of our facility and have a need to add another veterinarian. Our mission is to provide our patients prompt and excellent care with a caring attitude. Our hope is to find an associate veterinarian who can complement this goal.
