    Looking for a third associate DVM to join our passionate team at an AAHA accredited, small animal exclusive practice that has been locally owned and operated for over 40 years. We are located in Des Moines WA in the heart of the beautiful Puget Sound region, blocks from the local marina. We are also surrounded by many fantastic specialty and referral centers.

    We believe in a drama free work culture and a staff that truly works as a team. The core of our practice is that developing long standing, positive relationships with our clientele is the most important step to providing the best care for their pets. We believe in practicing progressive medicine, and constantly striving to do better for our patients and their people.

    Our vets enjoy the benefits of a highly skilled support staff with a low turnover rate. Their competency allows our doctors extra time in person and on the phone with pet guardians, in order to build a strong client bond. This level of personal care has resulted in a client base that is keen to follow our diagnostic and care recommendations. Strong emphasis is also placed on CE as a means to develop confidence and client compliance.
